We make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Orders are lovingly packaged and dispatched within 24-48hours (provided your payment has cleared).

Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery takes 5-10 Business days depending on your location.

We currently only ship Australia wide.

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide so please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

We cannot ship orders to PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collection locations at this time.

In 2016 our founder Isfahan visited India and fell in love. By the lake in Pushkar, she watched the local women wash their saris at sunrise each morning. So inspired by the vibrant colour and the energy they imbued, thus, Kollective Thread was born.

It’s with intention that our way of producing is as ethical and sustainable as possible. While our garments are designed with a ‘don’t-think-twice’ style that looks beautiful on any age or body shape.

Our aim is to create pieces that are loved and lived-in through every season. As each piece is designed and made to last in support of slow fashion.
